Prof. José M. Arroyo
José M. Arroyo received the Ingeniero Industrial degree from the Universidad de Málaga, Málaga, Spain, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in power systems operations planning from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain, in 2000.
From June 2003 through July 2004, he held a Richard H. Tomlinson Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada. He is currently a Full Professor of electrical engineering at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
His research interests include operations, planning, and economics of power systems, as well as optimization and parallel computation.
He is an IEEE Fellow.

Prof. Javier Contreras Sanz
Javier Contreras received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Zaragoza, Zaragoza, Spain, in 1989, the M.Sc. degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 1997.
He is a Professor at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain. His research interests include power systems planning, operations, and economics, as well as electricity markets.

Dr. Natalia Alguacil Conde
I hold a Computer Science degree from the University of Málaga (1995) and a Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Castilla-La Mancha (2001).
I am currently tenured associate professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain.
My research interests include operations, planning and economics of electric energy systems, as well as mathematical modeling, optimization and simulation.

Dr. Raquel García Bertrand
Raquel García Bertrand received the Electrical Engineer degree and the Ph. D. degree from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain, in 2001 and 2005, respectively.
She is currently tenured associate professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain.
She is IEEE Senior Member from 2012.
Her research interests include operations, planning and economics of electric energy systems, as well as stochastic programming, robust optimization and decomposition techniques.

Dr. Luis Baringo Morales
Luis Baringo received the Ingeniero Industrial and the Ph.D degrees from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He was a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, in 2014.
He is currently an associate professor at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain. His research interests are in the fields of planning and economics of electric energy systems, as well as optimization, stochastic programming, and electricity markets.

Dr. Gregorio Muñoz Delgado
Gregorio Muñoz-Delgado received the Ingeniero Industrial degree, the M.Sc. degree, and the Ph.D. degree from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain, in 2012, 2013, and 2017, respectively.
He is currently an Associate Professor at the Univeridad de Castilla-La Mancha.
His research interests are in the fields of power systems planning, operations, and economics. He is a Member of the IEEE Power and Energy Society.
